Our CureUV UV Curing Conveyor is specifically designed to work with Roll and Curtain Coaters to cure coatings quickly and efficiently. This versatile system can be configured with Single, Double, Three, Four, or Five UV lamps, adapting to your production needs. It’s available in two working widths: 600 mm (24 inches) or 1300 mm (51.2 inches), providing flexibility for different manufacturing setups.

This UV curing conveyor is designed to output over 300 watts per inch (WPI) from its high-performance light sources. Each UV lamp has its own high-output blower to maintain optimal temperature and extend lamp life. The chamber's entry and exit points are carefully engineered to minimize UV light leakage, ensuring a safe working environment.
