The CureUV cold mirrors help in reflecting UV energy and removes heat producing visible infrared energy. The visible and infrared energy is transmitted through reflecting optic. These cold mirrors are highly effective at increasing the amount reflected UV energy and in lowering visible and infrared energy. This results in lowering the temperature in the irradiation zone and in processing of temperature sensitive substrates.

You can use the UV cold mirrors to work on radiant energy from the lamp that the cold mirror reflects and not the direct radiation from the lamp.
