Clear fused Ground Polished Flat Quartz Plate 18" x 4" x 3mm

The clear fused UV plate is subjected to strict quality control measure. A normal glass plate will not be able to withstand the high temperatures, which is why a quartz plate is used in UV replacement curing lamps. The quartz plate has the following dimensions:

• 18.0" x 4.0" x 3mm

Best used to dry coatings and inks in graphics and signs, the replacement lamps are important component for the drying system. The curing lamp is better that infra red drying and resists smudges. The quartz glass plate protects lamps from debris and works as a filter between the lamp and the curing system. The plate prevents grit, dirt and contaminants from building up.
