Guaranteed 100% Ultraviolet (UV) Clear Quartz Replacement Plate: 335mm x 80mm x 3mm
Placed between the substrate and the lamp, the plate does not absorb UV rays but reradiates the rays at a temperature lower than the lamp. You can clean the plate periodically. The quartz plate is subjected to strict quality control measures and is a generic OEM replacement.
While a normal glass plate cannot, a quartz plate in UV curing lamp is capable of withstanding high temperatures. The UV curing lamp helps in drying ink and graphic coatings. The quartz plate in the lamp prevents debris, contaminants and dirt from building in the filter.
