Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time:

  • All orders are processed within 1 business day (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST will be processed the next business day.

  • If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be delayed. In such cases, we will notify you via email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Our free shipping option is usually USPS. USPS generally picks up packages from our warehouse on the morning AFTER they have been packed. This means that if an order is going via UPS, it will likely ship day it is ordered. If it is going via USPS, it will likely ship the day after it is ordered.

  • Standard shipping times vary based on the destination. Estimated delivery times are:

    • Domestic (U.S.): 3-7 business days

    • International: 7-21 business days

  • Expedited shipping options are available at an additional cost.

Shipping Carriers:

  • We partner with major carriers, including UPS, FedEx, and USPS, to ensure reliable and timely delivery.

  • Carrier selection may vary depending on the shipping destination and service availability.

Order Tracking:

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

  • Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

International Shipping:

  • CureUV ships to most international destinations. However, shipping times and customs clearance vary by country.

  • Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their local government.

  • Delays due to customs processing are beyond our control.

Shipping Restrictions:

  • Some products may be subject to shipping restrictions due to carrier regulations or local laws.

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain restricted countries.

Damaged or Lost Shipments:

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at [Customer Service Email] with photos of the damaged item and packaging.

  • If your package is lost in transit, please reach out to the carrier directly with your tracking number. If you need further assistance, contact us for support.

Order Changes & Cancellations:

  • Changes or cancellations to an order must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order.

  • Once an order has been shipped, we cannot modify or cancel it.
