CureUV Four-Lamp UV Curing Conveyor

The CureUV Four-Lamp UV Curing Conveyor is specifically designed to work with Roll and Curtain Coaters to fully cure the coatings quickly and efficiently. The system includes three 19kw 64 inch lamps on the topside and one lamp underneath to allow you to run production as fast as you need to.

This UV curing conveyor is designed to output over 300 watts per inch (WPI) from 4 light sources (1200 wpi total). Each UV lamp has its own high output blower to keep the UV light running at an optimum temperature and maximize lamp life. The chamber entry and exit points are designed to minimize UV light leakage and protect the workers in the production environment.
