350x25mm UV LED Curing System for Flexo Printing with Water Cooling

The 350x25mm UV LED System with Water Cooling is a Curing Device for Flexo Printing. Equipped with a UV LED Lamp Head, Water Chiller, Power Cabinet, and HMI this system effectively cures a variety of materials while saving power and time in contrast to Traditional Mercury Bulbs.

Available in an array of wavelengths that consist of 365nm, 385nm, 395nm & 405nm, this device offers Signal Linking, Real-time Detection, an Intelligent Controller, Instant operation and easy installation and use.

Intelligent PLC

This equipment supports light source current, voltage, and temperature real-time monitoring function, when the light source is abnormal, the UVLED curing lamp equipment alarm prompts, and automatically shuts down the UVLED.

IO signal control allows you to easily configure the speed signal of the printing machine, light power with the speed of the printing machine automatically adjusts.

UVLED curing lamp equipment supports water cooler remote control, digital dimming, historical alarm information, irradiation time query, and other functions.

 

Manual and Automatic Mode

Manual mode: a stand-alone debugging mode that does not need to be associated with the printing machine running signal-independent operation.

Automatic mode: needs to be associated with the printing machine signal, equipment, and printing machine synchronous operation.
