Our Aqua Treatment Service ATS4-739 Replacement UVC Light Bulb has a total length of 29.09 inches and has a lifespan of 10,000 hours. With 33 Watt lamp wattage, this UVC light bulb has a peak output of 253.7 nm. When the water is exposed to this short wavelength, it destroys the germs and other pathogens by altering their DNA structure and rendering them incapable of reproducing. Pathogens such as giardia and cryptosporidium along with waterborne microorganisms such as bacteria, molds, viruses and yeasts are effectively removed.
