The Aqua Treatment Services ATS4-409 Replacement UVC Lamp is a 100% Equivalent to Aqua Treatment Services Model ATS4-409 Germicidal Water Treatment lamp.

The UVC light technology helps in killing and sterilizing 99.9% microorganisms such as bacteria, molds, yeasts, virus and protozoa. The UVC lamp bulb has a base material of ceramic and has a non ozone glass type. UV purifiers and their lamps are highly cost-effective and do not use chemicals to purify water. The UV purified water is safe for consumption and does not alter the pH or taste of water. Experts are of the opinion that the UV light bulb must be replaced annually for efficiency as the light bulb may continue to emit UV light even after a year but may not be effective in destroying waterborne microorganisms.
