The quartz plate does not absorb UV rays but reradiates the rays at a temperature lower than that of the lamp. The plate is placed between the substrate and the lamp and the plate can be cleaned periodically. The plate is subject to strict quality control measures and is a generic OEM replacement with the following dimensions:
