Our Durst Rho 350R UV Quartz Plate is a guaranteed 100% UV clear quartz replacement plate that is compatible for Durst Rho 350R printer. This clear fused quartz plate filter exceeds OEM standards for curing bulb performance and costs much lesser than the OEM part. The quartz plate has the following dimensions:

The quartz plate is placed between the substrate and the lamp. The plate does not absorb the UV rays but helps in reradiating the rays at a temperature lower than the lamp. The plate prevents debris, contaminants and dirt from building up in the filter and must be cleaned periodically. The quartz plate is subjected to strict quality control measures and is a generic OEM replacement. Compared to a normal glass plate, a quartz plate in UV curing lamp withstands high temperatures and helps in drying graphic coatings and ink.
