LOCTITE® 271 Low-Viscosity 1-part adhesive forms a permanent bond, with no mixing or primer required. Holds tight in extreme environments. For extreme environmental, chemical, heavy shock, and vibration applications. Solvents will not weaken the adhesive bond.

 

Typical Use: Used to prevent loosening and leakage of threaded fasteners. Particularly suitable for applications such as cylinder liner studs, automotive suspension bolts or hydraulic press studs, where a difficult removal is desired.
