Nitrogen Purgeable UV LED Chamber

The Large UV LED Chamber with Nitrogen Purgeable and has a curing area of 300x300mm or 400x400mm. Wavelength is available in 365nm or 405nm to rapidly and effectively cure most materials, which might vary between UV glues, UV inks, UV varnishes, UV paints, and others. This curing system requires no warm-up time and remains cool, protecting heat-sensitive materials and saving you time and money.

The system consists of an oven, UV LED irradiation head and the corresponding connecting wires. The irradiation head is comprised of high-quality UV LEDs. The available wavelength for this curing system are 365/405nm. The forced air cooling ensures the system works correctly for prolonged periods. Also, this chamber supports external signal input and trigger.

The addition of a Nitro Purgable Feature allows you to effectively and safely retract the oxygen from the chamber, filling it up with mostly nitrogen obtaining better results without exposing workers to high nitrogen exposure thanks to its sealed construction.
