This 18W bulb fits perfectly and I believe is the correct wattage for the Cleanslate UV machine CSUV-UG6CX. I calculated what the wattage of the bulbs are by dividing the number of bulbs (6) by the wattage of the machine (130 Watts) and came up with 18 watts a piece. Cleanslate has worked hard to not provide any information on the bulbs or in the documentation so that they can sell theirs to you including having bulbs that are unmarked for wattage. The CureUV is nearly half the cost of the Cleanslate provided replacement bulbs. My machine is out of warranty so I didn't care about anything but the cost and effectiveness. It is difficult to tell which bulb is burned out and if you hear a clicking noise it is because the ballasts keep trying to restart a burned out bulb which will burn up all of the other bulbs. Easier to just replace all six bulbs simultaneously. BTW, they do contain mercury so dispose of properly.
I chose this lamp for my pond filter which requires a UV lamp to kill bacteria and/or algae. The lamp is working well and doing the job. My original bulb burned out and I replaced it with the same Phillips bulb. The water quality improved immediately after I installed the bulb.
