The VTI Specialty Coated Flat UV Quartz Plate - 228mm X 20mm exceeds OEM standards of UV curing performance. The lamp bulb is 100% compatible with dichroic quartz plate specifically to the VTI UV systems.
The CureUV cold mirrors help in reflecting UV energy and removes heat producing visible infrared energy. The visible and infrared energy is transmitted through reflecting optic. These cold mirrors are highly effective at increasing the amount reflected UV energy and in lowering visible and infrared energy. This results in lowering the temperature in the irradiation zone and in processing of temperature sensitive substrates.
You can use the UV cold mirrors to work on radiant energy from the lamp that the cold mirror reflects and not the direct radiation from the lamp. In order to reduce the direct visible and infrared radiation, CureUV suggests that you also employ UV hot mirrors.
