CureUV Curtain Coater

The CureUV Curtain Coater is designed to maximize the efficiency of your coating operation while improving your substrate’s finish and minimizing coating waste.

This curtain coater is the ideal choice for coating wall panels, ceiling tiles, shelving, siding, and even glass… The machine is able to apply coatings at a flow rate of 80 to 120 g/m² in a single pass at a thickness of 7 to 11 μm. The coatings are maintained at 60°C/140°F (or your desired temperature up to 110°C/230°F). The coatings are recycled, cleaned, and reused automatically in the system’s paint recirculatory. The length and width of the system can be customized for your application.
